CKF Training Booking System

Cyprus Karate Federation's official training slot booking system for the European Karate Championship 2026 held in Cyprus. With limited training space and high demand, the app gives national teams a single place to see availability and book sessions, and gives CKF staff full control over access and bookings without spreadsheets. Teams sign in with an access code, pick a date and time from an availability grid, and see updates in real time so double-bookings are avoided and everyone follows the same rules (e.g. one session per country per day). Admins manage passcodes and can create, edit, or delete any booking when plans change. The app is built with Next.js and TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS, and uses Supabase for the database, server-side auth, and real-time subscriptions so the schedule stays in sync for all users. It supports multiple languages via next-intl and is deployed on Vercel. The goal was a clear, reliable, self-serve booking flow that scales for an international event.
